Woolworth graduate program

Having now rotated off the graduate program into an Assistant Development Manager Role, I feel competent and confident to manage projects at all stages of the developments we undertake.

Working with experienced and passionate professionals throughout the program who genuinely valued your career development, skills and opinions was a fantastic experience. They really allow graduates to take on as much responsibility as they want to help build your knowledge base to ensure you are competent at the conclusion of the program.

It was incredible to be challenged to move beyond my comfort zone and learn how to manage a project from start to finish. Woolworths is so much more than a company that sells groceries, it is dedicated to supporting the community in times of need, as well as encouraging and fostering young team members and graduates to become the best version of themselves.

Having seen the way Woolworths stepped up to the plate in the recent Australian Bush Fires and Pandemic, I felt an overwhelming sense of pride to work for such a community focused business.
